To unsecure the EM agent run the following command:
$EMHOME/bin/emctl unsecure agent
Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 10.2.0.1.0.
Copyright (c) 1996, 2005 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
Checking Agent for HTTP…   Done.
Agent successfully stopped…   Done.
Unsecuring agent…   Started.
Agent is now unsecured…   Done.
Unsecuring agent…   Ended.
Agent successfully restarted…   Done.
