meant “usually happens when you are trying to deploy to the wrong repo. “

  1. can also mean that you’re trying to upload a file “over the top” of one that’s already there (and is non snapshot) You can choose a new version or delete the old one in that case. So basically 400 error means “some failure occurred!”)
